Halyk Bank (JSC Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan) is a second-tier universal bank classified by the regulator as systemically important.
It offers accounts and deposits, payment cards, consumer, mortgage, and corporate lending, as well as transfers and acquiring. Retail services are available in the Halyk (Homebank) superapp, featuring phone number transfers, utility payments, a marketplace, and access to government services. The bank operates under the supervision of the ARDFM and the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
