Starting November 27, 2026, Halyk Bank will raise the fee for transfers by phone number to cards of other Kazakh banks from 200 to 250 tenge.
The fee for such a transfer is currently 200 tenge. Transfers between cards of Halyk Bank clients themselves remain free, as do transfers to accounts of other clients of the bank.
A transfer to a card of another Kazakh bank by card number will cost 250 tenge. International transfers to foreign cards carry a fee of 0.95% of the amount, with a minimum of 200 tenge and a maximum of 5,000 tenge.
