Alatau City Bank is a second-tier universal bank in Kazakhstan.

Founded in 1992 in Tselinograd (now Astana) as Tsesnabank, it was renamed First Heartland Jýsan Bank (retail brand: Jusan Bank) in April 2019, and Alatau City Bank in June 2025. The bank offers payment cards, consumer loans, deposits, payroll projects, transfers, insurance, and investment products. Retail services are available through the Alatau City Bank: Онлайн-Банк app, featuring online registration and the opening of multi-currency accounts, cards, and deposits. It operates under the supervision of the ARDFM and the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
