Alatau City Bank owner Vyacheslav Kim has established United Group Alatau Ltd, an intermediate holding company at the Astana International Financial Centre, through which he now owns JSC United Alatau Group, the entity controlling 100% of the bank’s shares.
Kim previously held shares in United Alatau Group directly. The ultimate owner of the bank remains unchanged; only the ownership structure was modified.
