Fintech holding Kaspi.kz set up a brokerage firm, Kaspi Broker Ltd, at the Astana International Financial Centre on September 25, 2026.
The company is registered in Astana and owned by the holding through Kaspi Capital Ltd, an entity established in July 2026. Kirill Ageyev was appointed CEO of the broker, with Natalya Tsoy and Gani Beket named directors.
Kaspi Broker Ltd will handle brokerage operations in securities and commodities, investment advisory, and other financial services, excluding the management of National Fund assets, National Bank of Kazakhstan foreign exchange and gold reserves, and pension assets.
