Kazakhstan Housing Company (a subsidiary of the Baiterek holding) has signed an agreement with Alatau City Bank to partner on the “Orda Aymaq” and “Orda Aymaq Plus” programs for housing under construction.
The bank will consult clients at its branches, accept documentation, and review applications before sending them to KJC for approval. The programs cover all residential projects under shared-equity construction across all regions of Kazakhstan, excluding Astana, Almaty, and Shymkent. The interest rate under “Orda Aymaq” is 15.9% per annum, while the effective annual interest rate (GESV) under “Orda Aymaq Plus” ranges from 11.70% to 16.20% depending on the down payment; both programs require a minimum down payment of 20%, offering loan amounts from 2 million to 75 million tenge with terms between 24 and 240 months.
