Altyn Bank (JSC Altyn Bank, SB China CITIC Bank Corporation Ltd) is a Kazakhstani second-tier commercial bank headquartered in Almaty. The bank traces its history back to Texakabank / HSBC Bank Kazakhstan and received the Altyn Bank brand in 2014. A consortium involving China CITIC Bank later acquired a controlling stake, while Halyk Bank retained a share. It offers cards with Apple/Google/Samsung Pay, deposits, consumer, auto, and mortgage lending, transfers, and business services. The retail app is Altyn-i (iOS and Android), and the business app is Altyn to Business. Licensed by the ARDFM of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
