KMF Bank is a commercial bank in the Republic of Kazakhstan headquartered in Almaty, created on the basis of KMF (Kazakhstan Loan Fund) — the country's largest microfinance organization operating since the late 1990s.
The organization transformed from an MFO into a full-fledged bank, receiving a banking license from the ARDFM on August 12, 2025, and on July 15, 2026, KMF Bank received a universal banking license (No. 1.1.719.137). Key areas include lending to farmers, micro and small businesses, consumer loans, deposits, and transfers (including Zolotaya Korona). The KMF Bank mobile app is available on iOS and Android with QR payments and foreign exchange operations.
