Halyk BaaS

Halyk BaaS is the Banking-as-a-Service platform of Halyk Bank. The bank provides its banking infrastructure to external companies via API and SDK. Partners—fintech companies, neobanks, microfinance organizations, e-commerce, and any business needing embedded banking services—integrate ready-made products in days instead of months, without building their own processing. Platform features include passwordless authorization via Halyk ID / Business ID, customer registration and identification (KYC), issuance of physical and virtual co-branded cards, QR payments, transfers (by card and phone number, P2P, mass payouts), card management (blocking, limits, PIN, statements), loan issuance and repayment, and integration with government services. Partners and platform use cases (according to the "Our Partners" section on the landing page) include Halyk Life, Halyk Finance, Halyk Market, Kino.kz, TasCredit, Onay, Findom.kz, Birinshi Lombard, and the Золотое яблоко network. Press reports also describe integrations with re:Kassa, TAS Group, and Vlife.
