Xalq Bank (OJSC «Xalq» Bank) is an Azerbaijani universal commercial bank founded in 2004, operating under Central Bank of Azerbaijan license No.
246 dated December 27, 2004. Headquartered in Baku, it has a network of 31 branches, 147 ATMs, and over 5,300 POS terminals (bank disclosure as of June 30, 2026). It offers the XalqKart card line, consumer, auto, and mortgage loans, deposits, Western Union transfers, safe deposit boxes, and business services, including correspondent banking. The retail app is XalqOnline, available on the App Store and Google Play. Not to be confused with Uzbekistan's Xalq banki (xb.uz): the banks are unrelated but share the same name.
