One of the three co-founders of Alif Bank, established in 2014. He launched the group's business in Uzbekistan: from 2019 to September 2022, he brought Alif Nasiya, Alif Shop, and Alif Mobi to market and built a team of over 180 people. Within the Alif group, he coordinates operations in Uzbekistan and the UAE.
