Uzbekistan’s National Agency for Investment Promotion has approved regulations for maintaining a rating of securities issuers based on disclosures and regulatory compliance.
The rating is determined by the total score across seven criteria, with issuers assigned to categories “A”, “B”, “C”, or “D”. The agency maintains the rating and publishes the results quarterly on the unified corporate information portal. The regulation aims to assess issuer transparency, protect investor interests, and ensure disclosure across the capital market.
