FurtherIT, a subsidiary of the Paynet payment service, increased its stake in the Uzbek digital investment platform GoInvest to 51%. Spot.uz reports this, citing platform founder Farrukh Khodjaev.

The deal took place in two stages. In August 2026, FurtherIT invested 17.2 billion soums and received 33.14% of the company. In September, the stake was increased to a controlling one. PwC provided legal and consulting support for the transaction.

The remaining 49% is distributed among the investment company Kap Depo (21.25%) and three individuals: Farrukh Khodjaev (15.49%), Bakhrom Abdukadirov (7.35%), and Jasurbek Orolboev (4.9%). According to Khodjaev, the deal does not mean his exit from the business: he retains his stake and remains in the project.

The GoInvest platform was registered in May 2024 and received an investment intermediary license in August 2026. The service now has over 100,000 users, daily transactions exceed 5,000, and trading volume is over 1 billion soums.

The parties plan to integrate brokerage services into the Paynet ecosystem and give clients access to international capital markets, including the US stock market. This continues the expansion of the company’s product line: Finteqstan previously reported that Paynet launched an installment service.
