According to kdb.uz, Uzbekistan’s KDB Bank O’zbekiston will not accept requests for transfers and conversion of funds in Russian rubles on November 4.
The bank attributed the suspension to an official public holiday in Russia. Clients were advised to take this into account when planning foreign currency transactions.
