Uzbekistan’s Kapitalbank, together with the company Hamroh, has launched the Business Lady loan program for women entrepreneurs with an interest rate of 20% per annum and an amount of up to 10 billion soums.
The loan is intended for expanding production, purchasing equipment, replenishing working capital, or opening new sales outlets. The loan term is up to 7 years for investment purposes and up to 24 months for working capital replenishment, with a grace period of 3 months or more during which the borrower pays only interest. The program is available to women registered as sole proprietors or serving as executives and founders of legal entities with a charter capital share of at least 50%, provided they have been in active business for at least 12 months.
