Uzbekistan’s Kapitalbank has opened a US dollar correspondent account with The Bank of New York Mellon (BNY), one of the world’s largest financial institutions.
The account strengthens Kapitalbank’s correspondent network and expands its capacity to process US dollar payments. Direct cooperation with BNY will improve the efficiency of international payments and diversify the bank’s payment infrastructure.
