The payout will amount to 10% of the fine imposed on the violator. Whistleblowers will be able to submit reports via the “License” electronic system or the Ministry of Justice mobile app, attaching unedited photos or videos of up to 120 seconds. The authorized body will review submissions within 10 business days, and the payout will be transferred within one business day after the fine is paid. The new procedure takes effect on December 8, 2026.
