Uzcard Moment is issued at Ipoteka Bank branches within five minutes and links immediately to the Ipoteka Mobile app.
The card can be obtained during a first visit to a bank branch without waiting for production. A passport or ID card is all that is required for registration. Once activated, the card is immediately ready for payments and cash withdrawals.
Uzcard Moment is non-personalized, but it is fully verified within the bank’s system and serves as a standard banking product. Functionally, it is identical to standard Uzcard cards: retail and service payments, money transfers, cash withdrawals, and public transport fares via the ATTO system.
Until November 30, 2026, card issuance for individuals is free. The card is available at all branches of Ipoteka Bank OTP Group. Since September 2026, the Ipoteka Mobile app has been downloaded more than 340,000 times, with 241,000 active users.
