Uzbekistan’s payment service Click has started promoting cashless payments through brand communications, focusing user attention on the security and speed of ditching cash.
In early September, the company published a message about the benefits of cashless transactions. The service calls them a basic convenience for everyday tasks, emphasizing transaction history control and reduced risks when handling large sums.
The platform uses educational content to boost audience engagement. The company’s basic retention tools are already in place: Click launched free card-to-card transfers back in May 2023 for Premium subscribers with a limit of up to 10 million soums per month. Finteqstan previously reported that the service began expanding regular spending scenarios by integrating education payments directly into its SuperApp.
The platform is looking for ways to increase app usage frequency for routine tasks without offering additional discounts or launching new products.
