Uzbekistan’s ATTO app has added a feature allowing passengers to pay bus fares using a smartphone QR code.
Users can open the “QR Payment” section in the app, select a card, and hold the screen with the QR code under the validator on board—the payment will be processed automatically. The QR code refreshes every 10 seconds. The feature is available in the latest version of the app.
