APEX Bank launches zero-fee USD cross-border transfers via Astrasend

Uzbekistan’s APEX Bank has integrated with the Astrasend international payment system, rolling out cross-border money transfers with fee-free cash pickups in US dollars.

The bank’s clients can receive transfers from Russia and Kyrgyzstan, and send money to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Mongolia. Transfers take just a few minutes to process.

Picking up cash in US dollars at APEX Bank carries no fee. For outbound transfers, the bank charges a flat $3 fee on amounts up to $300, while transfers from $300 to $5,000 are fee-free. The maximum amount per single transfer is $5,000.

The service is available across all APEX Bank branches in Tashkent, Karshi, Samarkand, Bukhara, and Namangan.
