CSI (Card Service International)

CSI (CJSC CSI, 112/1 Toktogul St., Bishkek) is an independent processing center in Kyrgyzstan holding a National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (NBKR) license as a payment system operator. It provides banks with a full range of card issuing and acquiring services: card management, virtual cards, SMS notifications, core banking system integration, web interfaces, internet acquiring with 3D Secure, and support for chip, contactless, and mobile payments. The company is PCI DSS certified and listed in the Visa and Mastercard service provider registries. In 2025, it received the Mastercard Processing Excellence award.
