Элет-Капитал is a microfinance company in Kyrgyzstan with a broad product line. It issues online loans (1,000–15,000 soms), construction and renovation loans (Элет-Курулуш), loans for women entrepreneurs (up to 5 million soms), mortgages (Элет-Ипотека), auto loans (Авто-Элет), and business loans (Бизнес-Элет). Interest rates range from 25% to 47% per annum depending on the product, with terms from 6 to 96 months. It also offers deposits (pension, savings, term, business) and bonds. The company operates under NBKR licenses No. 013 and No. 013/1 (dated March 30, 2018). Repayment is available via terminals (О!Деньги, Optima Bank, FINCA Bank) and wallets (Balance.kg, MegaPay, Elkart Mobile). The network includes 28 locations: 24 branches and 4 representative offices. The head office is in Bishkek (125 Moskovskaya St.).
