Rocket AI/UX Lab

Rocket AI/UX Lab (Powered by Rocket Tech, Rocket Firm group) is a product lab that invents and tests new AI products and figures out how to turn them into useful applied solutions using an evidence-based approach. The lab generates product ideas and AI concepts (new interfaces, AI assistants, new interaction formats), quickly turns them into prototypes, and tests them on real users through usability tests, in-depth interviews, eye-tracking, behavioral analysis, and A/B tests. Validated hypotheses form a funnel of ready-to-launch solutions. In parallel, the lab researches the audience and digital product market of Kazakhstan and Central Asia and runs educational programs on UX and AI design. The format is a hybrid space: a coworking area with a coffee shop and a closed research zone with testing and observation rooms (Gesell mirror).
