As of August 1, 2026, corporate deposits in Kazakhstani banks totaled 21.1 trillion tenge, increasing by 559.2 billion tenge, or 2.7%, over July.
This marks the fifth consecutive month of steady growth in business deposits. ForteBank led the gains in July, adding 157.8 billion tenge to reach 2.3 trillion tenge. Halyk Bank ranked second with an increase of 148.7 billion tenge to 6.5 trillion tenge, followed by Otbasy Bank with an 84.9 billion tenge rise. The top five banks accounted for about 70% of the total increase in business deposits across the system.
