UAPF Contributors Can Now Transfer Up to 100% of Savings to Private Asset Managers

On September 7, amendments to Kazakhstan’s Social Code took effect, allowing UAPF contributors to transfer up to 100% of their pension savings to private investment portfolio managers, removing the previous cap.

Contributors can now decide for themselves how much to transfer, choose one or several asset managers, and select one or more investment portfolios. Managers can offer three portfolio types—conservative, moderate, and aggressive—differing in risk levels and expected returns.
