Kazakhstani electronic document management platform TrustMe has introduced a comprehensive ecosystem of five interconnected products with artificial intelligence elements. The solutions cover the entire document lifecycle: from online contracts to accounting document management.
What is included in the ecosystem
The ecosystem includes five specialized products for various business tasks. TrustContract handles online contracts and document signing with clients. TrustEDO provides electronic document management for fast exchange and approval within companies.
TrustCare is designed for customer service and process support. TrustMe Token offers Web3 solutions for tokenization and digital asset management. TrustAccounting specializes in electronic accounting documents.
All products are integrated with artificial intelligence. The AI automatically checks documents for compliance with regulations, analyzes content, and provides instant answers regarding the documents. The system can also recognize documents from over 100 countries.
Technologies and integrations
The platform supports multiple signing methods: from SMS codes and email to biometrics and blockchain. Users can sign documents via WhatsApp, Telegram, Egov mobile, or using FaceID.
Blockchain ensures the recording of all actions and guarantees document authenticity. The system integrates with popular business solutions: 1C, Bitrix24, SAP, as well as state databases and the Enbek.kz portal.
According to the company, the platform is used by over 3,000 organizations, with more than 3.5 million documents signed. The average signing time is 90 seconds.
Why it matters
TrustMe’s comprehensive approach to document digitalization could accelerate the transition of Kazakhstani businesses to paperless processes. Integration with state systems and support for Kazakhstani legislation make the solution adapted to the local market.
The main signal here is the attempt to create a unified ecosystem for all types of document management with a focus on AI and automation. This could lower the barriers to implementing digital processes in companies that still work with paper documents.
What’s next
The development of the Web3 direction through TrustMe Token shows the company’s ambitions to go beyond traditional document management. Integration with blockchain and tokenization could open new scenarios for working with digital assets and smart contracts.
The success of the ecosystem will depend on how quickly Kazakhstani businesses are ready to transition to fully digital processes and adopt AI solutions in critical document operations.
