Kazakhstan has extended additional assistance to socially vulnerable borrowers under its mortgage refinancing program until September 1, 2027.
According to banks, 1,500 borrowers need this support. Madina Abylkassymova, head of the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market, announced the extension during a meeting on the mortgage refinancing program’s rollout.
