Solva reports 3 bln tenge net profit for nine months of 2026

Financial group Solva reported a net profit of 3 billion tenge for the first nine months of 2026.

Over the reporting period, the group paid 8.84 billion tenge to external lenders, with 4.76 billion tenge allocated to principal repayment and 4.08 billion tenge to interest and coupon payments. The company also hedged 80% of its foreign currency liabilities and set up a centralized treasury.

The financial performance was driven by loan portfolio management, improved debt collection, and the launch of secured lending products. The non-performing loan share stood at 8%. Over the nine months, Solva launched auto loans, car-backed loans, real estate-backed credit, closed its first factoring transaction, and partnered with the British Quarter residential complex to offer installment plans for commercial property.

Deploying artificial intelligence reduced payroll expenses by 20%. Algorithms now handle 80% of management reporting preparation, while neural networks are used in the operations center for voice assistants, as well as across marketing and credit scoring.
