Qazaqstan Investment Corporation (QIC), a subsidiary of the Baiterek holding, and Dasco Capital have signed a strategic partnership agreement to establish the Tolqyn AI Venture Fund with a target size of $50 million.
The fund will invest in projects at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital technologies, and creative industries. Half of the capital is planned for Kazakhstan, Central Asia, and the Caucasus, with the other half directed to projects in global markets. Kazakhstan will serve as the primary regional market for the fund’s portfolio.
The agreement was signed by QIC Chairman of the Board Didar Karymsakov and Dasco Capital CEO Darmen Sadvakasov at the AI & Digital Bridge 2026 international technology forum.
