Kazakhstan’s Otbasy Bank announced the launch of solvency verification for borrowers under its housing improvement program in Aktobe from August 31 to September 4, 2026.
The property is a nine-story, three-section residential building in the Almaty district of Aktobe, with prices set at 246,000 tenge per square meter. Housing selection is scheduled for September 7, with apartment allocation set for September 8.
