On September 30, staff from the Jalal-Abad regional branch of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted an outreach financial literacy seminar for socially vulnerable residents of the Nooken district.
The event was organized for low-income migrant families and persons with disabilities. National Bank representatives covered responsible personal finance management, examined common fraud schemes, and discussed the risks of money muling as well as the benefits of cashless payments via QR codes.
