The Issyk-Kul regional department of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted an outreach financial literacy lecture for high school students at School No. 3 in Karakol.
The lecture took place on September 28, 2026, as part of the National Bank’s approved 2026 plan to improve financial literacy across the regions.
Students received information on QR code payments, money muling, and fraud schemes.
