The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic has suspended the licenses of foreign exchange bureaus Mir-El Capital LLC and Forex Plus LLC from October 27 to November 10, 2026, for violating legal requirements and regulatory acts.
Both bureaus are located in Osh at 11/3 A. Navoi Street. Mir-El Capital LLC’s license (No. 6395) was issued on November 4, 2022, and Forex Plus LLC’s license (No. 6363) was issued on September 21, 2022.
The suspension is effective from October 27 through November 10, 2026, inclusive.
