National Bank of Kyrgyzstan revokes licenses of two microfinance companies

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic revoked the registration certificate and foreign exchange license of microfinance company Ak-Nur Capital on September 9, 2026, for regulatory violations.

Effective September 9, 2026, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic revoked registration certificate No. 241 dated September 29, 2009, and foreign exchange license No. 14 dated June 5, 2017, from MCC Ak-Nur Capital LLC (Bishkek, 45 Kurmanjan Datka Street) for failing to comply with regulatory legal acts. On the same day, a resolution by the National Bank’s Supervision Committee dated September 3 came into force, reinstating the registration certificate of MCC BusinessInvestCredit Development LLC dated December 24, 2013, No. 478.
