National Bank of Kyrgyzstan fines individual 17,500 soms for unlicensed currency exchange

The Batken branch of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic has imposed a fine of 17,500 soms on an individual for carrying out cash foreign exchange operations without a license from the regulator.
