The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic has completed its third national survey on adult financial literacy. The overall score rose 4% since 2021 to 11.8 out of a possible 20 points. Financial knowledge climbed 10% over four years, financial behavior improved 3% to 69%, while financial attitudes dropped 8%. Conducted with support from the OSCE Programme Office in Bishkek, the study followed OECD methodology; similar surveys were carried out in 2017 and 2021.
