Since its launch on July 1, one million customers of the Kazakh platform Kaspi.kz have used the personal AI assistant Kasper.
Kaspi.kz head and co-founder Mikhail Lomtadze announced this at the Kazakhstan Growth Forum. Kasper helps with shopping on Kaspi Store: a customer explains the task in their own words, while the assistant clarifies needs, compares products, and explains features.
Lomtadze emphasized that repeat usage by customers is the primary metric for the team. According to him, a large number of customers return every day, which is especially important when evaluating a new product that changes everyday consumer behavior. The company plans to expand Kasper’s capabilities to handle other daily customer tasks.
