MBank rolls out transfers to Mastercard cards by card number

Kyrgyzstan’s MBank has added the MoneySend service to its app, enabling transfers to any Mastercard card using the recipient’s card number. Transfers are available in soms, rubles, dollars, and euros with a 1% fee and minimum thresholds of 150 soms, 150 rubles, 3 dollars, or 3 euros. The feature works with cards issued both in Kyrgyzstan and abroad. The service was launched on August 20.
