Kazakhstanis can now choose a clinic for free healthcare via the Kaspi.kz app.
The service allows citizens to remotely register with a healthcare provider in the “Public Services” section of the app. Users can view their current clinic, check their status in the mandatory social health insurance (MSHI) system, and select a new clinic and primary care doctor.
Free medical care is provided under the guaranteed volume of free medical assistance (GVFMA) and mandatory social health insurance (MSHI). Citizens may register with only one healthcare organization. The service was developed jointly with the Ministry of Healthcare, the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, and National Information Technologies JSC.
