Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) and SigmaLayer Company Limited, the Hong Kong-based arm of Ant Digital Technologies, have signed a memorandum of cooperation covering digital financial assets.
The signing took place at the Hong Kong FinTech Week 2026 international forum.
The partnership aims to integrate advanced tech solutions into financial market infrastructure. The collaboration covers joint efforts in artificial intelligence, blockchain, distributed ledgers, and digital assets, as well as cross-border business ties, knowledge sharing, research, and educational initiatives. All joint activities will comply strictly with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
