Freedom Holding Corp. is developing an AI agent for its superapp that will help Kazakhstanis select investment options, insurance, tours, flights, and visas, CEO Timur Turlov said.
The AI agent is already honing its skills to assist Freedom SuperApp users. According to Turlov, the AI assistant is designed to recommend the most relevant products for each specific user and help book services across the holding’s ecosystem.
Turlov noted that AI has already improved the efficiency of the holding’s management and back office. He added that developing a fully functional agent takes a year of work, even though basic versions can be built in a day. The head of the company also announced that Freedom will launch another product this year, though he did not disclose details.
