Kazakhstan’s ForteBank and developer BI Group have signed a cooperation memorandum and launched a mortgage program for primary market homebuyers, featuring a down payment starting at 20% and loan amounts from 5 million to 100 million tenge.
Loan terms range from 12 months to 15 years. The program requires no insurance and carries no early repayment fees. The interest rate for a 12-month loan is 1% per annum, while longer terms follow a tiered rate scale: with a 50% down payment, the rate is 13.5% per annum for terms between 13 and 60 months. ForteBank clients will also receive a discount on BI Group properties.
