According to kapital.kz, citing the Unified Cumulative Pension Fund, 117,712 Kazakhstanis received $30.51 million from the National Fund for Children program to top up housing savings deposits.
This is the most popular way to use funds allocated for improving housing conditions. From the beginning of 2026 to September 1, 170,156 citizens received targeted savings payouts totaling $44.84 million: 119,279 people received over $31 million for housing needs, and 50,877 people received $13.83 million for education.
