According to kapital.kz, Kazakhstan’s Freedom Bank has begun issuing digital tender guarantees for businesses with zero commission.
The guarantees are issued entirely online without collateral or checking account turnover requirements. An automated scoring model makes the approval decision. The guarantee term runs up to 120 calendar days from the bid opening date, but cannot exceed the credit limit period.
The product is available to individual entrepreneurs and limited liability partnerships participating in government competitions and tenders. If a client does not have a current account with Freedom, one will be opened automatically in tenge during the guarantee application process. Applications can be submitted on the bank’s website.
