The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market has suspended the microfinance license of Credit Partnership Shygys-Nesie LLP for three months over prudential violations.
The order issued by the head of the agency’s regional representative office in Ust-Kamenogorsk on September 8, 2026, has taken effect. During the suspension, the organization cannot issue new microloans, nor can it extend or modify existing loan agreements. The company remains obligated to fulfill its commitments under previously signed contracts.
