The Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market’s regional office in Turkestan revoked the microfinance activity license of Credit Partnership Otyrarauylnesie LLP under an order dated September 9, 2026.
The revocation was prompted by the systematic failure to comply with written supervisory orders from the authorized body. Within 30 calendar days, the company must either remove the words “Credit Partnership” and any derivatives from its name, or decide to reorganize or liquidate.
