Astana regulator AFSA has identified a fraudulent website, atlaslimited.capital, impersonating the licensed AIFC-registered firm Atlas Capital Limited.
The fake website used the real company’s name and logo without permission. Atlas Capital Limited (AFSA-A-LA-2022-0019 license dated June 20, 2022) is authorized to manage collective investment schemes, manage investments, advise on investments, and arrange deals in investments. AFSA recommends verifying the status of financial firms through the AFSA public register before transferring funds, and urges people to contact the regulator if they suspect fraud.
