The Astana Financial Services Authority has identified a Telegram channel impersonating Kazakhstani firm Investlink Ltd and using its license without permission.
The channel t.me/investlink_kz (@investlink_kz) is using the name, logo, and AFSA license number of Investlink Ltd (license AFSA-A-LA-2021-0037, issued on December 2, 2021) without authorization. Through the channel and the account @manager_crypto_trader, scammers are promoting a copy-trading scheme promising returns of 10–15% per month and citing asset insurance of $1 million.
Investlink Ltd confirmed that it has no connection to the Telegram channel, the @manager_crypto_trader account, or the pitched schemes. AFSA advises checking company status via its public register and contacting the regulator at [email protected] if suspicious offers are received.
