AFSA warns of scam impersonating Venera Capital

Astana regulator AFSA has issued a public warning about scammers impersonating Venera Capital Ltd.

— a Kazakh investment firm licensed by AFSA (No. AFSA-A-LA-2026 0002 dated February 16, 2026). According to AFSA, the scammers use fake domains vcptlentry.com and quote.vcptlentry.com to lure investors to a bogus Webtrader platform, request transfers in USDT and via P2P payments, and present forged documents bearing the CEO’s signature and a counterfeit AFSA stamp. Once they receive the funds, the scammers refuse withdrawal requests. Venera Capital’s official website is www.venera.capital.
